Now Hiring Agricultural Drone Pilots for Spring / Summer 2026

Minnesota Drone Spray is recruiting pilots for the 2026 season.

Twin Cities Drone School is proud to be their training provider.

Season & Schedule

  • Seasonal position: May–August
  • Peak months: June & July
  • Schedule varies based on weather and crop conditions
  • Highly flexible scheduling — work as many or as few hours as you want

Pay & Compensation

  • $20-$50/hour depending on training, experience and role responsibilities

Role Overview

  • Agricultural spraying using professional-grade spray drones
  • Field-based work including:
    • Equipment setup
    • Loading and refilling spray systems
    • Moving and transporting equipment between fields
    • Cleanup and basic maintenance
  • Fast-paced and safety-focused operations

Pilot Requirements

  • FAA Part 107 certification (required)
  • Minnesota pesticide applicator licenses required: A-Core, B-Aerial, C-Row Crop
  • Reliable, coachable, and safety-minded

Training and Experience

  • No prior agricultural spraying experience required
  • On-the-job training provided

Location

  • Minnesota-based operations with regional travel to agricultural fields
