Season & Schedule
- Seasonal position: May–August
- Peak months: June & July
- Schedule varies based on weather and crop conditions
- Highly flexible scheduling — work as many or as few hours as you want
Pay & Compensation
- $20-$50/hour depending on training, experience and role responsibilities
Role Overview
- Agricultural spraying using professional-grade spray drones
- Field-based work including:
- Equipment setup
- Loading and refilling spray systems
- Moving and transporting equipment between fields
- Cleanup and basic maintenance
- Fast-paced and safety-focused operations
Pilot Requirements
- FAA Part 107 certification (required)
- Minnesota pesticide applicator licenses required: A-Core, B-Aerial, C-Row Crop
- Reliable, coachable, and safety-minded
Training and Experience
- No prior agricultural spraying experience required
- On-the-job training provided
Location
- Minnesota-based operations with regional travel to agricultural fields
