K-12 Programs
I started my career as a business teacher at Cloquet High School and Roseville Area High School – so education is in my DNA. In fact, I’m still teaching evening classes at South Central College.
I love working with other educators to bring drones into the classroom. Here are some examples of programs that I’ve helped to start at schools across Minnesota:
FAA Drone Certification for Teachers
You may be required to hold an FAA Remote Pilot Certificate if you are using drones at school. I can bring my full 12 hour course to your school or office and get you ready for the test. Special pricing and scheduling options are available for schools; just send me a note for more information.
FAA Drone Certification for Students
Students are required to be FAA certified when using drones for anything other than pure learning. I have special pricing and scheduling options for student groups. Students must be at least 16 years old to obtain their commercial drone certificates.
